No. OGTS is the operational platform for terminal/trading inventory, work orders, and related workflows. PetroBlend is a standalone planner for blend feasibility and quality Pass/Fail before you execute — it does not run the blend or change stock.

Gas Oil is the first product addon. Quality standards are configurable (for example UAE.S 477, ISO 8217 marine distillate grades such as DMA, ASTM diesel specs, and company/terminal limits). Limits come from configured specs — not guessed by the app.

No. PetroBlend is analysis and visualization only. Inventory deduction, reservations, and blend posting stay in your existing ops process or platforms such as OGTS.
